British Evangelical Pastor Steve Chalke has come out for inclusion of LGBT people and same-sex marriage in the Church.
It is said his announcement could be the equivalent in the US of Rick Warren coming out for full inclusion of gay people in the Church.

Pay special attention at 3:45 where he defends himself as a conservative Evangelical and how those beliefs brought him to this place of inclusion.
I believe we will continue to see more shifts like this in this decade, and at this rate, by 2020 most churches in the UK and US will be integrated, inclusive, and affirming. Those that do not will be seen as missing the mark, much as we view congregations that still practice racial segregation or disallow women in leadership or positions of authority.
